3. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

We accept prepaid payment methods and Cash on Delivery (COD) on select pin codes. COD orders may require additional verification before dispatch.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, incorrect information, or non-confirmation of COD orders.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped through authorised third-party courier partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier service disruptions, incorrect address details, or customer unavailability at the time of delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted as per our Refund & Return Policy.

All approved refunds are issued only as store credit. Cash refunds, bank transfers, or refunds to the original payment method are not supported.

Store credit is non-transferable and can be used for future purchases only.

6. Undelivered & RTO Orders

Orders returned due to refusal, incorrect address details, or repeated delivery failure may be treated as returns. Any applicable deductions may apply, and refunds (if approved) will be issued as store credit only.
