Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once dispatched, orders are handed over to our authorised third-party courier partners through our logistics aggregator.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver orders across Pan-India using trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier availability, and external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on prepaid orders above ₹1,199.

  • Shipping charges for COD orders and other prepaid orders (below the free-shipping threshold) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) – Important Terms

  • COD is available on select pin codes only, subject to courier serviceability.

  • A COD fee, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout and added to the total order value.

  • Orders placed using COD may require order confirmation via phone call, WhatsApp, or email before dispatch.

  • Failure to confirm a COD order may result in automatic cancellation.

Delivery Attempts & Undelivered COD Orders

  • Courier partners typically make up to two delivery attempts for COD orders.

  • If a COD order is:

    • Refused at the time of delivery

    • Undeliverable due to customer unavailability

    • Returned due to incorrect address details

    the order will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to COD being disabled for the customer in future.

Address Accuracy & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at the time of checkout. We are not liable for delivery failures arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

Delays Beyond Our Control

We strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timelines; however, delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
