Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unused and unwashed

  • With original tags intact

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or valid proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Damages, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original product (subject to approval) and place a new order separately once your return has been accepted.


Refunds (Store Credit Only)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued exclusively as store credit

  • Store credit will be provided within 7 business days

  • Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website

  • Cash refunds, bank transfers, or refunds to the original payment method are not supported

Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
