As the second generation joined, those same values helped us grow from a local shop into a business that serves families across many states, from Nagaland to Haryana. The Founder's Path

For Rohit, Avasa is about making sure a sixty-year-old promise keeps up with the modern world. As a third-generation entrepreneur, he grew up amidst the rhythmic sounds of looms and the quiet discipline of the textile trade. He learned early on that a family legacy only survives if it evolves, and that realization sent him on a journey to build a bridge between tradition and the modern world.

His time at the Indian School of Business (ISB) and the Unilever Future Leaders Program weren't just about business titles; they were about understanding people. Working with global consumer brands taught him how to listen to what a modern home actually needs - quality that doesn't compromise and service that is transparent.
